A. Yes, Racket Booths are very user friendly, with a user interface designed for guests attending events.

Q. How many karaoke tracks do you have?
A. We have thousands of popular and classic songs with a library that is expanding regularly to stay up to date.

Q. What kind of support can I get from Racket for my business?
A. Racket has a robust marketing budget for the foreseeable future which will be used to direct leads to all kiosk owners. Racket also supplies software updates to all owners that improve the quality and add new functions to the booths. Additionally, Racket provides a channel to order replacement parts to ensure our booths in the field are always functioning. All Racket kiosk owners will have access to a backend portal that allows them to manage their event calendar and other aspects of their business from one easy location. Lastly, Racket also offers booth owners access to our graphic design and digital marketing teams. For a fee, our team will help you support your business with personalized marketing materials, web hosting services, and geo-targeted social media campaigns.

Q. Can I charge what I want for an event?
A. Yes, Racket Kiosk owners are free to charge what they see fit.

Q. Can I expect any software updates Racket makes along the way?
A. Yes. We are always improving and creating new ways to make the Racket Studios experience even more fun and enjoyable.

Q. Will Racket help me find customers?
A. Yes, Racket will be directing leads to your company based on inquiries made on our corporate website. We will also be advertising nation-wide building awareness for Racket Kiosks and Racket Kiosk owners.

Q. How is Racket better than other photo booths?
A. Racket has the ability to create karaoke videos and video messages as well as a photo booth feature. Additionally, Racket has the ability to send all of these videos and photos directly to your phone(s) via text message link. Racket booths also come with an acoustic enclosure designed to maximize the audio quality of all recordings made in the booth. This enclosure includes an external “social” screen to show guests at events the fun taking place inside.

Q. How long does it take to set up?
A. From arrival to ready-to-record it takes a team of 2 approximately 30 min to set up the booth. This will likely vary depending on the owners familiarity with the venue they are servicing.

A. The booth generally fits up to 4 guests.

Q. Is the booth sound proof?
A. Yes, at an event with ambient noise the booth is essentially sound proof.

A. Racket has 2 pricing options:
1. $14,995.00 with a $99/month software & trademark license
2. $7,499.00 down with a $330/month license for 36 months
a. License reduced to $99/month after this timeframe

Racket consoles can also be purchased for $9,995 without the enclosure

REQUIREMENTS
Q. Is a deposit required?
A. Yes, 50% upon order and 50% upon ship date.

Q. Does it need Wi-Fi?
A. The booth has the ability to connect to Wi-Fi but does not require a connection to function at an event.

Q. How do music licensing fees work?
A. Music licensing is important to stay up to date on all of the most popular songs. In order to use music publishers’ songs we are required to pay them a royalty on their intellectual property. Music licensing fees for the Racket booth are paid monthly based on the number songs played at serviced event. Music licensing fees are $1.00 per song. For a typical event this will likely be between $30-$40. These fees are charged through the owner’s portal and passed thru to various music publishers.

Q. What is required of me as an owner?
A. Owners are required to meet the terms and conditions outlined in the sales contract signed at the time of purchase. In general, these terms and conditions require the owner to maintain and recognize all trademarks and licensing fees as well as conduct their business with professionalism.

Q. Are there any additional fees? Travel fees, setup fees, etc.?
A. There are various fees that can be added to a rental package based on the nature of the event. These fees could be due to extensive travel, events lasting longer than 4 hours, etc.

Q. How much does it cost to rent for an event?
A. Pricing varies based on location, date, and duration of the event. Please see our rental page for our various packages’ starting prices.

Q. Is it easy to use?
A. Yes, the booth is very user friendly with a simple user interface on a touch screen.

Q. What if I need more rental time during my event?
A. If you need more rental time than you have already scheduled, you may add some more time and we will reconcile the cost after the event.

Q. Do you only rents booths for weddings?
A. No, we love all events and will be happy to discuss details with you for how our booth can fit in with your event.

Q. I already have a photographer scheduled why should I rent a booth?
A. The Racket Studios Kiosk is a great opportunity for entertainment and is a fun way to keep memories with videos and photos. We are happy to put
together a package for event host(s) with a digital copy of all the memories created in the booth during your event.

A. Racket offer keepsakes for all events that combine, edit, and customize the event’s videos and photos into one montage that exemplifies the event as a whole.
